A right is a moral principle defining and sanctioning a man’s range of activity in a social environment. This right principle is that a man must never initiate the use of force or fraud in human interactions.
Rights derive from man’s nature as a life form. Man’s mind is his tool of survival. Rights are a necessity for one’s mind to be able to function properly.
