MIAC STRATEGIC REPORT
The Modern Militia Movement
(A fascinating look into Governmentally Induced Disordered Thinking) Apparently we are not only All Socialists Now but many of us are Militant Right-Wing Extremists too according to the MIAC or the Missouri Information Analysis Center, a fine example of a Fusion Center located in Missouri.
From The MIAC Website;
What is MIAC and why it is needed?
Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) provides a public safety partnership consisting of local, state and federal agencies, as well as the public sector and private entities that will collect, evaluate, analyze, and disseminate information and intelligence to the agencies tasked with Homeland Security responsibilities in a timely, effective, and secure manner.
MIAC is the mechanism to collect incident reports of suspicious activities to be evaluated and analyzed in an effort to identify potential trends or patterns of terrorist or criminal operations within the Missouri area. MIAC will also function as a vehicle for two-way communication between federal, state and local law enforcement community within our region.
New challenges demanding vigilance
With the cooperation of the law enforcement community, MIAC will disseminate threat related intelligence from a single point for the purpose of creating a heightened situational awareness to law enforcement agencies and public entities charged with protecting our community
May I suggest, in regards to Missouri’s “FUSION” center is suffering from a rare form of artificially created Disorders of thought form: as described by Frontier Psychiatrist; Mental Illness for the Masses;
Overinclusion refers to a widening of the boundaries of concepts such that things are grouped together that are not often closely connected.
Loosening of associations denotes a loss of the normal structure of thinking. The patient’s discourse seems muddled and illogical and does not become clearer with further questioning; there is a lack of general clarity, and the interviewer has the experience that the more he/she tries to clarify the patient’s thinking the less it is understood. Loosening of associations occurs mostly in schizophrenia
Circumstantiality is where thinking proceeds slowly with many unnecessary details and digressions, before returning to the point. This is seen in epilepsy, learning difficulties and obsessional personalities
Derailment (aka entgleisen) is where there is a change in the track of thoughts. There is perserved, but misdirected determining of tendency/goal of thought)
With drivelling there is a disordered intermixture of the constituent parts of one complex thought
In a disordered process driven by federal IN-fusion of cash, an overabundance of ambiguous data with the subsequent pressure upon these agencies to produce results in the;
Fusion- where various thoughts are fused together, leading to a loss of goal direction.
…of the tortured mind.
This is the consequences of such pressure to predict who might be or become the demons among us. The first fallacy of logic here is the exact sort of conspiratorial rational of human behavior that these fusion centers decry in their imagined enemies.
Fusion Center by virtue of their very structure are Schizophrenic.
Let’s consider what the insight that this structure has produced in the name of Intelligence.
The Gadson Flag is a symbol of Anti-Government Propaganda. (MIAC Strategic Report)
In December 1775, Benjamin Franklin published an essay in the Pennsylvania Journal under the pseudonym American Guesser in which he suggested that the rattlesnake was an apt symbol for the American spirit:
I recollected that her eye excelled in brightness, that of any other animal, and that she has no eye-lids—She may therefore be esteemed an emblem of vigilance.—She never begins an attack, nor, when once engaged, ever surrenders: She is therefore an emblem of magnanimity and true courage.—As if anxious to prevent all pretentions of quarrelling with her, the weapons with which nature has furnished her, she conceals in the roof of her mouth, so that, to those who are unacquainted with her, she appears to be a most defenceless animal; and even when those weapons are shewn and extended for her defence, they appear weak and contemptible; but their wounds however small, are decisive and fatal:—Conscious of this, she never wounds till she has generously given notice, even to her enemy, and cautioned him against the danger of treading on her.—Was I wrong, Sir, in thinking this a strong picture of the temper and conduct of America?
Apparently so, Mr. Franklin , at least according to the MIAC’s rationale.
I will confess my affection for the symbolism expressed by the Gadson Flag. Maybe is because I am from South Carolina, maybe because I was raised to appreciate the same sensibilities that Ben Franklin so eloquently expresses, but to me if one possesses the means and might to strike with lethal force in defense of life and liberty, honor demands a clear and ample warning. “Don’t Tread on Me” is a simple, moral statement of clear intent that we inherited from our civilized, peace and freedom loving forefathers. I honor this notion of fair play and actually own a beautiful Gadson Flag, along with two American Flag’s that I treasure, but the MIAC has planted a seed of doubt. Maybe I am considered to be “ONE of THEM”
Let’s examine the traits of these Extremists who, according to the MIAC develop complicated conspiracy theories to explain their misfortunes.
What is the “New World Order”?
If you have formed a concept of a New World Order, I’d say you might qualify, if you have used it as a point of reference in a sentence then you certainly do.
Henry Kissinger is quite fond of the idea;
New World Order
How about the North American Union? Do you think that there is an effort to link the US, Canada and Mexico, unify the monetary system of the 3 countries and further, do you believe that the NAAFTA Superhighway has anything to do with this?
If so do you think that this superhighway would present the US with a security risk and make it easier for illegal immigrants to cross the border?
This concept has been discussed countless times in periodicals of fine repute and I am not fooling with it!
So where do you stand so far?
Does fusion center intelligence designate You as one of THEM?
Here are more signs useful in identifying extremists According to MIAC:
Those who are concerned about “Gun Control” At the risk of revealing myself, let me say; if you are not concerned about gun control-YOU DARN WELL OUGHT TO BE!
The UN’s War on Firearms
By William Norman Grigg 02/11/02
In matters of disarmament, all roads increasingly lead to the United Nations. This principle applies not only to international “arms control” initiatives, but to civilian disarmament — or what is commonly called “gun control.” Thus it should come as no surprise that the UN has capitalized upon the Black Tuesday attack to advance its campaign to prevent firearms ownership by “non-state actors” — a category that not only includes terrorists, guerrillas, drug lords, and gangsters, but also law-abiding civilians. In an October 28th address to the UN General Assembly’s First Committee, Jayantha Dhanapala, the UN’s undersecretary-general for disarmament affairs, expressed the hope that the September 11th atrocity would “encourage states to consider once again the need to prohibit the transfer of military-grade small arms and light weapons to non-state actors [. . . ]The relevant UN document — the August 19, 1999 “Report of the Group of Governmental Experts on Small Arms” — defines “small arms” to include “rifles,” as well as “revolvers and self-loading pistols” — which many law-abiding Americans own. The UN has made it abundantly clear, however, that it regards civilian possession of firearms of any type to be “illicit” by definition.
Do you think that it is possible that your weapons could be confiscated by the government?
After Hurricane Katrina, law-abiding Americans were disarmed by National Guard Troops;
Fromthe Des Moines Register
Iowa Guard ends urban war exercise amid outcry
The four-day event in April would have involved between 90 and 100 combat troops arriving in the Carroll County community in a convoy with a Blackhawk military helicopter flying overhead.[. . . ]
Troops would have gone door to door, asking the town’s 443 residents about a suspected arms dealer and conducting searches of homes if property owners volunteered in advance to cooperate

I guess “Fusion Center” is a very apt name for these new intelligence gathering methods because even the ‘lefties” are “righties”. That is certainly a fusion!
What about the question regarding President Obama’s Birth Certificate or place of origin? Are you a questioner?
Obama Refuses to Answer Birth Certificate Laws
The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.
Have you entertained the notion that we could be moving towards World Governance?
How do you like the Ammunition Accountability Act? (This is an Act that requires all rounds to be engraved with an ID number which can link the ammo to place of purchase and purchaser)
Do you think that the US government might fail due to an economic collapse? If so, do you fear that Martial Law may be implemented followed by gun confiscation and citizen imprisonment?
Do you know how to pronouncePosse Comitatus-
I think I may be one of them!
What about RFID chips? Any fear that citizens could ever face mandatory mass implantation of these devices? Think that they might be used as a tracking device?
Furthermore, the Commissioners continue to be concerned by the potential threat to privacy embodied by RFID technology, which may:
• permit the surreptitious location tracking of individuals carrying an EDL (enhanced Driver’s licenses); and
• not encrypt or otherwise protect the unique identifying number assigned to the holder of the EDL and would not protect any other personal information stored on the RFID.
Full Report by the IPC
2005 article revealing DHS document obtained through the Freedom of Information Act; Article about the request
Homeland Security Looking at RFID Technology to Track Individuals
DHS is seeking RFID devices that “can be sensed remotely, passively, and automatically….The device must be readable under all kinds of indoor and outdoor conditions… and while carried by pedestrians or vehicle occupant,” according to the RFI, which is posted at the authors’ website: http://www.spychips.com/DHS-RFID.pdf.
DHS has set “several high-level goals” for the reading of RFID “tokens” carried by travelers, including:speeds up to 55 mph.
• The solution must…identify the exact location of the read such as a specific pedestrian or vehicle lane in which the token is read.
• The solution presented must sense the remote data capture technology carried by a pedestrian traveler at distances up to 25 ft.
• The solution presented must sense all tokens carried by travelers seated in a single automobile, truck, or bus at a distance up to 25 ft. while moving at
• For a successful read, the traveler should not have to hold or present the token in any special way to enable the reading of the token’s information. The goal is for the reader to sense a token carried on a traveler’s person or anywhere in a vehicle.
DHS privacy office slams RFID technology
2006 Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee to the Secretary and the Chief Privacy Officer of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had this to say about RFID:
But the draft report roundly condemns RFID technology, stating that it can be used to monitor human behavior. The report endorses the use of RFID for miners and firefighters in dangerous situations.
‘Most difficult and troubling is the situation in which RFID is ostensibly used for tracking objects (medicine containers, for example) but can in fact be used for monitoring human behavior,’ the report states. [. . . ]The report goes on to specify various ways in which information stored on RFID tags can be compromised or improperly used for human surveillance
Suffice it to say that concern about the MISUSE of new technology is completely warranted and if you are leery of it, you are in good company. The are no less that 700 groups and organizations that feel the same way. From the ACLU to the ACLJ (long time arch-enemies) the people who have given this issue anymore than a cursory glance, are gravely concerned about how it will impact our society and freedoms.
Do you consider yourself to be a Sovereign Individual?
Are you a State Sovereignty Advocate? In other words, supportive of the Constitution’s Enumerated Powers Clause or the arguably necessary (because the Constitution is very clear on the separation of powers)
Founder/Framer of the US Constitution, James Madison explains that the state and local governments;
“are no more subject, within their respective spheres, to the general authority, than the general authority is subject to them, within its own sphere.”
In order to avoid leaving the matter of the co-sovereign relationship of the states to the federal government the founders included it in the Bill of Rights, reiterating concept in the 10th Amendment:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution . . . are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”
Justice Scalia, in 1997 rendered the decision of the Supreme Court Case, Printz v US, reiterated the co-sovereign status of the states to the federal government. He said;
The Constitution’s structure reveals a principle that controls these cases: the system of “dual sovereignty.”
Although the States surrendered many of their powers to the new Federal Government, they retained a residuary and inviolable sovereignty that is reflected throughout the Constitution’s text.
“The Framers,” Justice Scalia wrote, “rejected the concept of a central government that would act upon and through the States, and instead designed a system in which the State and Federal Governments would exercise concurrent authority over the people.”
Are these the leaders of the “Modern Militia Movement” that the MIAC report warns of? One of the belief systems offered by MIAC as indicative of dangerous thinking is the “strong states rights advocates but see the sheriff as the highest authority” Well, I don’t know about THE “highest authority” in a general sense but in their respective counties that certainly is an arguable position, at least it used to be so before our central government began buying them all with grants and federal favoritism which has had the effect of supplanting community leaders with more international and federal loyalists such as IACP members.

More State Sovereignty “Extremism”
Chuck-Say it Ain’t So!
Chuck is too sexy for his chest hair but he’s not a militia man!
Ron Paul co-sponsored of The Enumerated Powers ActDoes this Dove of a man look subversive to you?
…along with 71 other members of Congress
Inhofe gestures that the gentlemen from Missouri should step away from the crack pipe!
Coburn ain’t buying it either!
Inhofe, Coburn…..MIAC thinks that You are one of THEM.
Anti-Abortion ? Tax Protester (who isn’t)?
MIAC lists those who are Anti-Immigration-do they mean anti-illegal immigration? Considering that other than the Native Americans, we all hearken back to immigrants…..I am unaware of any groups that are anti-immigrant. But I’m no expert and do not have a Magic 8 Ball handy or a Fusion Center.
Apparently these militant extremists like to get together and conduct MILSIM-military simulation. MIAC informs us that this is a realistic combat sport that utilizes paint ball guns, airsoft and realistic war games.
Does World of Warcraft count? I guess I will skip the paintball, although I could use the excersize. Is Laser Tag ok? I really like that and usually get top score over the kiddies and (even a few husbands)
Also, these subversives have an affinity for Shortwave Radio!
I throw myself before the mercy of the court! My Dad had the tallest antenna around and I thought he was cool getting up at three in the morning to talk to people in Greenland. We used CB’s like cell phones with the power his base station put out and my first real job was as a dispatcher. I dearly love talk radio, ham radio, and even internet radio. Speaking of which MIAC informs us that “these groups use forums, yahoo groups, blogs and social networks online.”
Yeah geniuses, So do fortune 500 CEO’s.
In addition, these groups use internet mediums and talk shows established for the purpose of …..discussing these unacceptable interests. What’s more is the MIAC has established that their recounting of current events is usually skewed.
Compared to what, I ask. CBS, MSNBC? So, are perspectives no longer allowed? If not, what is the correct source from which to get the proper version? Who has that ultimate truth? The Pentagon, the Washington Press Secretary, Wolf Blitzer? Who?
And, these people “hold training events that are open to the public and generally recruit publicly. They desire to aid the County Sheriff or Governor in emergencies such as a natural disaster”
(Holy Smokes! That just beats all! Public service, helping out in times of emergency…what ails these people? They even exercise their 1st Amendment right completely out in the OPEN?! In AMERICA?! No way!)
“It is not uncommon for these groups to be seen doing community service related work”
Some operate as a unit with leaders but many are individuals with no ties to groups per se but share an ideology. (slippery devils, they are.)
They organize COS (committees of safety) for the purpose of lobbying government officials and confronting corruption.
Ok-where do I sign up? I think I like these guys
Finally MIAC warns Law Enforcement- “YOU are the Enemy”
and to that I say “Touche!”
MIAC points out that these people do not like;
· FEMA Camps
· The North American Union or the Kansas City “Smart Port” (how smart can it be to have a port and no ocean for hundreds of miles?)
· Federal Reserve Banks
· National Guard Facilities
· Federal Buildings or facilities
And they fear that the aforementioned infrastructure could be at risk in Missouri
At the bottom it says;
“The information herein may not be MIAC originated intelligence unless noted” and therefore the” annoted originating agencies in the newsletter should be contacted for the sources and reliability of the information”
Ok-that settles it! That last statement is all the proof I need that this is a genuine government publication.
I don’t know about you but I share enough of the traits listed to make me feel distinctly uncomfortable. Does it matter if I have never been accused or convicted of a criminal charge? (just traffic tickets for being a garden variety lousy driver) But maybe that is just a clever ruse……
PS. If you like this post-Digg it! for me.
